We are a mobile food vendor bringing a taste of the islands to the Pacific Northwest.  Malasadas are Portuguese doughnuts that are popular in Hawaii.  They are meant to be eaten hot so we make them fresh at fairs, festivals, and special events.  We use C&H sugar and Hawaiian Coffee.
